Everything was amazing! Immediately from arriving you can tell how much love they pour into this resort. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Axel Rodriguez was amazing! The property is filled with great staff and food;however, the property itself, could use a lot of help. There was a lot of cracks and the appliances like the hot tub on the balcony could be updated or use a bit of extra scrubbing. There were days when the stairs were dirty and had trash on it for days. Also, one day at the pool they were spraying chemicals that was blowing directly towards the pool for everyone to breathe in and they did not stop even when asked to. DO NOT DO THEIR TIMESHARE MEETING!!! They kept us there from 10-5:30 and wasted our entire day. The beach needs more beach chairs. With a resort that gets that much people, you should not have to be getting up early on vacation to make sure you secure a chair for the day!!!! Overall, they have great staff and the food was really good at all the restaurants.

Jorge who was assigned to us worked every day to make sure our stay was great and our bell service was on time and our transfers were done. We will be back and are looking forward to it!

The Spa was fantastic! Luis was also extremely helpful! My husband and I enjoyed the restaurants. The people upstairs were very loud. That was the only thing that was terrible. They seemed to stomp all day and all night. It was hard to sleep.
