"Hotel is very clean!, great and in a great location everything is near by, Employees are very nice, welcoming and hard working people “ please tip them !!” The beach wasn’t great but in a walking distance is nice, our favorite food was the Mexican restaurant is the best Mexican gourmet food we ever had Chef is doing an amazing job, waiter Daniel was the best, margaritas wow "

"Bar none, the nicest resort I’ve ever been to. The staff is amazing. Very friendly people and they really go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with whatever you’re doing or enjoying. The rooms and grounds are impeccable. The food is exceptional. Great service everywhere you go including the beach. My only complaint is their prices at the spa are outrageous. Ballpark $300 for a 90 minute massage is offensive. Other resorts I’ve been to offer the same services for $80. In the NYC area it’s $90-$130 and it’s done by certified massage therapists. "
