Great beach and vibe. Crystal blue waters. Awesome restaurant. Mar Bella delicious but $$$. Boquinete near the plaza has the best Mahi I've ever had in Mexico or Florida. Reasonable prices, gorgeous view of the water and the service was wonderful.

If you get a chance to eat some street food in Puerto Morelos you got to try the churro stand and Don Juanito's marquesitas at Colonial Park. They don't open until 5 or so at night. Just ask the taxi driver and they will know the street vendor.

I like that Puerto Morelos is not as busy as Cancun. It is a quiet town that has plenty of good food options. If you want a party scene it isn't for you. But if you want a nice and relaxed place to visit, then it's perfect.

Seems like a very small area. However it was very safe family friendly with lots of local restaurants and bars. Quiet small beach area with a festive environment.

Must visit the small town of Puerto Morelos and taste the local cuisine. Charming people and if you book a food tour you'll also get lots of history.

"What a great resort! The staff and the foos is amazing! A family of two adults and a 12 year old and 16 year old found this place to be amazing. We have stayed at several all inclusive resorts over the years and I would place this one at the top. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is bar none some of the best food we ever had. We are kind of food snobs and EVERYTHING we had was top notch. We ate at all but one of the restaurants and our favorite being the French restaurant. Take about 50$ in singles and 150 in 5s and tip everyone you can. They work hard and they deserve the extra $. I felt safe at the resort but I wouldn't wonder outside the resort. The pools were nice but we preferred the quiet pool compared to the activity pool but that's our preference. To put this in comparison we have stayed at Breezes and multiple secret resorts as well as Paradisus and with kids this is a no brainer. The beach is nice but the water looks like lake Erie on a bad day, but that is what all of Cancun looks like right now with the sargassum. The staff and the food makes this place top of the line. Thank you for a great week! "
