Mauricio in guest services was wonderful, and Ismael at the pool turned a hot day into a literal day at the beach. Food is outstanding, the beach and pool cannot be beat, and the view from the beachside suite is exquisite. I highly recommend this resort!"

"Lovely property with lots of activities and amazing pools. Near the Spa is the quiet area & lazy pool that loops around the property. Great for sunning on floats and keeping cool from the heat. Recommend the Spa for total relaxation. Will be back!"

"It’s a very nice secluded property you have access to all three resorts which is nice! They transport you via gold carts they offer a guided bike tour of Puerto Morelos which was really nice! It’s about 1hr away from Cancun. You can purchase tickets to different activities at the lobby area. The restaurants are very nice! Be sure to make reservations right away my favorite was the Italian. "

"Sweet, comfortable, convenient, modest hotel close to the main square. This location makes it a little noisy since there are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. It’s a great value for the money if you are not looking for luxury. Staff are friendly and helpful. Eggs, toast and fruit for breakfast. We felt very safe. "

"there was a group of 10 of us with all different interests - they offered many excursions for all types of people. Just staying at the resort there was plenty to do as well. My one complaint would be the Italian restaurant - the food was not great there - otherwise we thought it was great!"
