"Amazing stay! Really an oasis in the jungle. We both slept very well and spent hours relaxing in the hammocks reading and listening to the jungle sounds. The room was very comfortable and the surroundings was beautiful. The perfect relaxing start to our Yucutan adventure. We really enjoyed the breakfast, the room, the swimming pool and the hosts. "Overall it’s a great experience in this hotel, other than they refused to upgrade my room for free, which my reservation included free upgrade upon availability. The food qualify is excellent, many options for dining, we loved the steak and lobster buffet. Kids club staffs are friendly, and if kids club would take 3 years old diaper trained then would be even better. Multiple pools and bars options, we loved all the drinks from the bar. I would definitely come back again. "
