We loved it here! Smallish resort with amazing service! The food was good, we just wished there were more options. Some of the chairs at the pool could stand to be replaced but we truly loved our time here. We would definitely come back and would recommend to others.

Service, cleanlines food is all great. Best area on the beach and they clean it all day long. It is quieter resort and smaller, so less food options, but that was perfect for us. Spa and Hydrothreapy are very nice. No need to worry about reserving chairs by the pool or beach. It is a great resort.

The staff was very nice, but lack communication skills on how the resort works for first time visitors to an all inclusive resort. Example… 1. We paid extra for the concierge/butler service and never meet one of them. 2. Still couldn’t get a reservation to a restaurant until our last night til 9:00 pm. They are building a new hotel next to the Hyatt and they start work at 7:30 each morning. It’s no where noted that construction was taking place. The rooms are super clean and the housekeeping works really hard. Spa was really nice and they will provide transportation by golf cart to it, but again they lack communication skills to let you know how it works.
