"The service in this resort is exceptional. The staff are very nice and super friendly. The rooms are typical Hacienda style, spacious and beautiful. The resort has limited dining options but the food is great.
The pool area services are great. They have good entertainment for kids and few for adults.
If you are looking for a quiet relaxing resort this place is for you.
The beach however is not the typical Cancun beach and there are a lot of seaweed and sometimes the smell can be too much.
We personally like to stay at the hotel zone area. This resort was la bit boring for us. "
