We had a wonderful time! We had excellent service from the butler service, the bartenders and entertainment staff! The entertainment was better than any other place we have stayed. The pools and giant hot tub were wonderful! There was room for improvement on cleanliness and the beach was not the same as in Cancun. Overall, it was a great stay!

The property is beautiful. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The food was very tasty, but I was hoping for more Mexican options to enjoy. They seem to focus more on American food, which is odd since it’s in Mexico.

The only downside was that they charge for you to sit in the cabana . I stayed for 5 days and no one was sitting in those areas at all. You are required to purchase bottles to sit in those areas . Everything else was great. Reasonably priced for all inclusive . Also the party pool closes at 5pm every day . I’m not sure why . I feel like it should close at 7 pm or 8pm before dark
