Fue el aniversario de cumpleaños de mi novio así que tomamos una cena privada al lado del cenote, fue maravilloso música, velas, el sonido de la pequeña cascada que hay en el cenote. "The service of the staff is just outstanding. You can see the Director of the Hotel at the restaurants supervising everything, but across the property. All the people are really great, at the bar, the pool, towels, concierge. ALL OF THEM, at the restaurants. Miss Fernanda at the restaurants, Erwing, Emiliano and Karina in Carnival, Jose at CIN CIN, all, Ivan at the entrance, all are giving the extra mile"
"Pros: beautiful, well-maintained property, very attentive and friendly staff, delicious food, easy transportation to and from the airport, quiet location, not crowded at all, a truly relaxing vacation, most guests were seniors or families with young children
Cons: We visited in September not knowing seaweed at the beach was a problem, the winter months would be a better time to go. We were offered free salon services or excursions if we agreed to attend a 1 1/2 hour “presentation” so beware, it’s just a sales pitch to join a membership to their hotels

"We had an amazing trip , Angelina 28 apartments super comfortable the personal is super friendly,it's a property by the ocean to me lock great is hard to keep everything spotless since sand and some guest did not pick up after them selfs but over all was a great experience, my kids get to see some wild life iguanas, turtles and other animals the live there ,we stay 5 nights the first three the ocean didn't lock so good little sargazo on it but the last 2 night the ocean clear out and we had some beautiful views, it's about 10 min driving from Puerto Morelos market stores not bad for groceries if you had transportation."
