Beautiful family friendly resort, clean, safe, with good food ! The water was the biggest disappointment ( dirty brown water with seeweeds particulesโ€ฆ)but itโ€™s not the resortโ€™s fault !! Service was great in general, the only thing that bothered me was begging for bottles of water as they were not always available. We felt super safe at the resorts, plenty of activities for the adults and the kids. The pool entertainment and the evening shows were great ! Had a great time !!

Service was above expectation. Food was great, restaurants were all pretty good. The atmosphere was a little lacking as the place was not very busy. The beach was pretty dismal, kind of dirty and not well maintained. Things seemed to need some updates. I probably would not go back but hit all the areas we needed for some family fun.
