"Amazing stay! Really an oasis in the jungle. We both slept very well and spent hours relaxing in the hammocks reading and listening to the jungle sounds. The room was very comfortable and the surroundings was beautiful. The perfect relaxing start to our Yucutan adventure. We really enjoyed the breakfast, the room, the swimming pool and the hosts. "We just returned from 5 nights with my husband & 5-year-old. Pros: The resort is beautifully maintained, clean & common areas are all close by so there is not a long walk to each place. The food is mostly good, but the menus are lacking in some basic areas. I.e. - chicken fingers are not available for kids. Basic sandwiches are not available for grab-and-go lunch, etc. Housekeeping did a great job all week, but the hours of their service were not predictable. Staff were welcoming at our arrival & helpful throughout our stay. The place really is kid-friendly, with activities for kids each day/night and a separate kid pool area. Though it could be expanded upon to offer more slides, etc. Offering recycling and no single-use plastic is a great effort for the environment. Plenty of pools to choose from & the crowds were non-existent most of the time. Cons: We were in building 3 with a lookout suite. Building 3 is right by the party pool, where there are adult activities daily. This makes it impossible for an afternoon nap; assigning families to a different building may be more practical. If you are going for the beach, this is not the resort. The beach is extremely small & seaweed is still a significant problem even in October. Food menus could be expanded, as well as the room service menu. There is no breakfast on the room service menu & only 1 breakfast option & really one lunch option at the buffet. Dinner offers the only variety. Room service should be available 24/7."

"It was a great experience, and I would happily do it again. My only suggestion would be to have more English-speaking staff available, as that would be helpful for guests who don’t speak Spanish, especially those visiting from the United States and other English-speaking countries. Overall, I really enjoyed it!"

"10000/10!! Our stay at this resort made our honeymoon more memorable than we could ever imagine. The views and vibes were amazing and the music topped it off. The drinks were good and the atmosphere was amazing! The employees were great in every aspect and accommodated us in every way possible. There was one employee at the buffet who even was able to make my husband and I a vegan French toast!! We were so grateful for him and his assistance. All of our interaction were pleasant and the food completely exceeded our expectations! As vegans, we didn’t think we’d be able to find or have good options to eat but Breathless Cancun proved us wrong. Everywhere we ate especially the buffet, had dedicated vegan options that were BEYOND delicious!! It was such an experience to be considered and actually have quality food. We lovedddd Breathless Cancun and will definitely be coming back! Thank you!!!"

"Beautiful resort, very clean. The room was perfect for us. Only wish was there was a second bathroom. It was super spacious so that wasn’t the issue, just not having a second toilet with 4 people in the room (2 kids/2 adults). The “restaurants” were great food, staff and ambience. Problem was availability. Between long lines and Conflicting information (what time and day) on the website and on site made extra trips/walking tiresome. The hibachi spot was the best followed by the Italian spot and Los Loiros. Buffet was solid but between the lines and inconsistent “opening times” it was annoying. There isn’t any line that etiquette which was frustrating when you have kids who were waiting for food. Ask for extra meals/portions and they are on the smaller side (restaurants). The upsell on the timeshare was interesting but not pushy. Wasn’t on site for 24 hours and already was getting the sales pitch. The “reward” was a nice touch. Good offer there. The price for bug spray and sun tan lotion was crazy expensive at the shop. Water park was great for the kids. No lines, plenty of space and served food during lunch times. Made the stay worth instead of packing up and going to the room to change etc. The beach is non existent. This resort isn’t known for the beach but it had a nice ambiance a night. Despite the complaints above, it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend this resort to others and it is very kid friendly. It is upcoming and work in progress. Kieve was fantastic."

"Un lugar increíble para descansar, el servicio excelente siempre muy amables al igual con el servicio al cuarto, el bufet de desayuno fue mi favorito, la comida de los otros restaurantes es buena pero creo que pueden mejorar, el area de la playa es privada eso me gusto pero tenia sargazo asi que no disfrutamos completamente la playa pero todo lo demás estuvo increíble!"
