"We just returned from celebrating my birthday here, and it was an amazing trip! We stayed for 5 days and it was our first time in Cancun. The pool area was fantastic and different than what I've seen before — having two options, a quiet pool and a livelier one for those who want more energy, was such a nice touch. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and they truly made the experience wonderful. I want to give a special thank you to Petra and Rosario, who cleaned our room every day and were so attentive and kind. Esepcially on my birthday, with going above and beyond to make the room special. I also want to thank Yale for her upbeat, positive attitude — every interaction with her was a pleasure and added so much to our stay. And thank you to the food service staff, especially Didier and Russell, who were equally helpful and attentive. The food itself was fine — nothing spectacular, but solid. However, I really loved desserts from Agua Bendita! Still, we're so grateful for all the staff who go above and beyond to make guests' visits worthwhile. The biggest letdown was the beach and the smell nearby. I know that's largely out of the resort's control, but if swimming at the beach is a priority for you, this might not be the best fit — the sargassum smell can be quite strong, especially in the mornings, so just keep that in mind when booking. The rooms were comfortable but they did smell of moisture when you first walked in which was hard not to notice. Will def go again"

"This was my second time. I loved it before, so I decided to take my parents and siblings here too. Too many pools to enjoy. Amazing food and staff. I was platinum and I didn't know everything we can do with it. But even tho, everything was more than perfect."
