"Clean room, kind staff, great hibachi, steaks and buffet! The soloist was amazing! She had a great voice and sung a variety of genres of music. The acrobatic show was not that but the previous year had amazing shows! The food provided in the Preferred Customer area was below average. "

"Five-Star Family Vacation Experience! Our family had the most amazing stay at this resort! The rooms were absolutely spotless, and the layout was perfect for traveling with kids. What We Loved: The Water Park & Pool: The kids' water park is incredible and kept them entertained for hours. The swim-up bar was a major highlight for the adults! The Food: The buffet offered excellent food with plenty of variety. Most of the reservation-only restaurants served outstanding meals (though we found the French restaurant to be just okay compared to how amazing the others were).The Entertainment: The nightly live shows and music were spectacular. They put on high-quality entertainment every single night that our whole family loved. Special Thanks to the Incredible Staff: The warm welcome we received from the staff truly made our trip unforgettable. We want to give a special shout-out to: Kids Club: Betty, Ale, Adri, Ruben, and Kinyi (the DJ)—thank you for keeping the kids so happy and engaged! Front Desk: Wilson, thank you for your wonderful assistance. Lobby: David and Samuel, thank you for always greeting us with a smile and a happy attitude. "The best thing about this property is its amazing staff. Every team member goes above and beyond to make your stay truly unforgettable, and their hospitality is what makes this hotel stand out. The biggest drawback is the buffet. It is very small and is only open for breakfast and lunch. In addition, the selection of food is quite limited and lacks the variety you would expect from an all-inclusive resort. That said, Sonia, Monse, Luis, Adriana, and Margarita provided outstanding service and made every meal more enjoyable. The Italian restaurant was excellent and easily my favorite dining experience. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. Zulue, Jorge, and Alberto took great care of us and delivered first-class hospitality. The Asian restaurant was average. The service was slow, and the food from the regular menu was below expectations. However, Esteban completely turned our experience around during our second visit at the teppanyaki table. Our room was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. It honestly felt like we were staying at a different property—in the best possible way. The main pool was nice, but having only one bartender at the pool bar resulted in slow service. Unfortunately, most of the cocktails were excessively sweet. We are very familiar with Hyatt's all-inclusive brands, and based on our experience, this property does not fully deliver the level of quality and consistency we typically associate with a Dreams resort."
