"Our trip was great! The rooms were clean & well kept. Staff greeted you no matter where you were on the property. The pools were clean & clear. The main pool at the Marina was the one that had kid friendly area & swim up bar. Suggestion to find an area & get a waiter/waitress to come to you in the pool-- the lines are long at the swim up bar. Being dry or not in swim suits was hard when spending the day at the pool to be able to go eat at any of the restaurants. Having some choices to sit poolside & order food would be great..."

"Vidanta Jungala hotel is an amazing property, although not all inclusive and can get pricey for dinners etc, it still provides the experience that you and your family will remember for a lifetime. Jungala Aqua park is incredible for all ages and the restaurants provide a list of foods from around the world. If you are looking for an over safe and secure property to bring your family to and don’t mind the extra cost for food etc, than this place is perfect."

"We had a fantastic stay at this resort! We traveled with a group of 30 people, and the staff was incredibly accommodating from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made sure our group had everything we needed. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, so there was something for everyone. The resort was spotless, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. We also loved having the water and ice machine conveniently located right outside our room. The only small downside was that the air conditioning in the room didn't get quite as cool as we normally prefer, but it was still comfortable enough. There is a ‘timeshare’ type pitch if you are interested. We all said no thanks and they were respectful of that. Not pushy. There were tons of daytime activities to keep everyone entertained, and the nightly shows were a lot of fun. The pool had lots of space we didn’t have to fight for chairs each day! Overall, this was an amazing resort, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!"

Alma Maya Resort – Riviera Maya

"The road to the resort was not paved at all (dirt road with tons of potholes, an SUV or bigger vehicle is a must), it was remote, no cell reception (download an offline map), surrounded by jungle. We had fun driving through. The property was nice, peaceful and surrounded by nature. There is no cell reception but there is a wifi. The room that we stayed in was the comfort room. It was clean and comfortable. There was a musty smell at first but we aired the room out and it was fine after. I think the room needs proper ventilation. The whole staff were super friendly, accomodating and welcoming. We had the pleasure to meet Jason (all around guy - concierge, manager, chef), Robert and Papa Oso. They took good care of us. The housekeeper although we didn’t personally meet her, she did a very good job at tidying up our room every day. There menu option was limited but the food was delicious all the time. We even had a bon fire after dinner with marshmallows to eat😁. We’re satisfied overall. Service was great. The resort has a lot of potential for more activity options aside from what they already offer - e.g. ATV tours around the area, cooking class, wildlife watching, stargazing, etc. We will be back! "
