"The Fives was incredible - if you are looking for a private more quiet stay right on the beach this is the place - all the staff were amazing, helpful, friendly and were genuinely interested in making our stay memorable… the rooms are exquisite and the food was top class - they could’ve had one more restaurant to choose from but the roof top restaurant is quite lovely - we had a great stay and we would go back - there was seaweed on the beach but each day it would be cleaned up and made to look...
"Excellent value!! Cute, convenient and well maintained. Many good restaurants are ony a few steps away. The location is great one direction and not so great the other due to some construction. Staff is attentive and friendly. "

"The service was top notch. Very friendly staff. Beautiful grounds even though there was seaweed, which we knew about ahead of time.
We got engaged and Martin was amazing and went out of his way to make it a special event that we will never forget.

"We have been to Puerto Morelos 5 times and have stayed here every time. The staff is SO nice. The hotel is a little older, its not one of the fancy resorts but it is ON the beach. Across from the grocery store and within walking distance of anything you could need. Muelle Once is the restaurant there and it is DELICIOUS. Have the pancakes!!! Absolutely recommend Hacienda Morelos 200%"
"We are regulars here and will keep coming back. This is not a five-star resort but is very clean and the staff are mucho friendly. The beautiful beach is 100 feet away and the hotel offers chaise lounge chairs for guests. Umbrellas are available.
The restaurant next-door, seemingly on the same property, is very agreeable with good food and good prices.
There are a ton of other good restaurants in easy walking distance, even for someone like me with a hip and knee replacement!
The water isn’t potable and warm showers are hard to come by but everything else here makes up for these things.
Ana, David, and Fernando (and the rest of the front end crew) make the check in process very easy.

"Immaculately clean little hotel in the heart of Puerto Morelos. The King Suite with spacious private terrace and outdoor bathtub was well worth the upgrade! Yes, you can hear the music from the nearby bar at night but we quite enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop and taking in the vibes. The music was finished by 11:00 pm so it didn’t interfere with our sleep. I absolutely loved that the location was very walkable, just a five minute walk to the beach and many wonderful restaurants nearby, including The Portside Restaurant on the roof of the hotel. We enjoyed two delicious meals there while viewing the spectacular sunset. We will most definitely return to this beautiful little hotel. "
