"This trip was very enjoyable, everything was great, except for one thing: the hotel beach had a lot of seaweed that hadn't been cleaned, so you basically couldn't swim in the ocean."

Our privacy light was turned on without us knowing and never received service or towels after first day. Had to get bottled water from gym. Flight experience was bad too. Was double charge 460.00 for luggage with 5 hours of calls and messages and still not refunded."

Cannot always get bacon LOL Gina the GM I believe was fantastic and personal and a manger with professional attributes.. Front desk staff were very helpful with recommendations for the area.
