Overall, our family had a wonderful time here. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. However, we did find some ants in our room, and parts of the facilities felt a bit dated and showed some wear and tear. Despite this, considering the other great amenities like the kids' club, water park, and restaurants, I would still highly recommend this resort.

This resort is the best for the kids. They thought of everything for them! This resort is massive, but the golf cart service was top notch!! We never waited more than 5 minutes for a good cart to get around the resort. The beach/ocean is terrible though. The water is brown and murky. Do not go for the ocean at this resort.

Beautiful resort that has more than enough to keep the kids entertained and then some. Everything is easily accessible but spread out enough that you aren’t fighting to save lounge chairs or waiting in crazy lines for the water park. The app makes making dinner reservations and accessing necessary information super easy, you can make your dinner reservations up to 3 days in advance too which is great. Tavola (Italian) and Habibi (middle eastern) were both incredible. The Grand Buffet has a ton of variety for kids and adults and if you get the chance, request Saul as your server. He was the absolute best! We will definitely return.

Compared to other places it’s not at the top of our list- we knew not to come for the beach & some parts of it are kinda run down but it didn’t bother us it’s still nice and it was a perfect place for our kids first all inclusive experience but the entertainment is definitely geared to younger kids in our opinion..our kids are 14 & 11 but act older. Service has been great and food was good at the Grand! We tried a Momos hibachi at Sunrise & we were up sick all night unfortunately. Even with that we had a good time and kids had fun! We loved our family suite with two rooms connected the kids had their own room with their own beds and what we searched high and low for in a resort that wasn’t insanely priced.

Moon Palace thank you so much for everything. The amazing food to the amazing people and hospitality. Everything was great. The smell and cleanliness all around the place was wonderful. Everyone was so polite and welcoming. Housekeeping was on point. Our room was always ready for the night. I can’t wait to come back again. Thank you so much for making this getaway amazing.
