The young women at the front desk greeted me with a sucker in her mouth and told her college to take care of my reservation cause she didn't understand me. "Amazing stay! the rooms were well appointed and clean, o.ur room had a beautiful view overlooking the ocean, the restaurants were all themed with great courses, the pools and bars were so fun and relaxing, the staff was very friendly and accommodating for reservations and stay extensions (we were allowed to purchase additional nights. due to inclement weather that delayed our arrival) and there were several activities each day. Our group will definitely be returning and we'd highly recommend it!"

From the wonderful staff at the pool bar - Mitchel, Carlos, Juan and Isaie - kept our cups filled to the awesome entertainment at night by Giovanni (he is a vibe :), to the relaxing spa treatment with Ruth who was so accommodating and Daniela who gave the best 75minute massage to our concierge Carlos and newbie Jefferson to the front desk staff Janet. It was a perfect vacation for my family. Will definitely go again!"
