Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location—but what really made the experience exceptional was the staff. Jorge, Armando, and Ivan went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile. The staff the bartenders at the pool area, were the best. The food was excellent. The only bad thing is that we don’t see the beach blue anymore. That was the downfall but everything else was perfect😍
