"Loved the pool and area on the roof! My only complaint is the nosey traffic, which can't be helped, but nice to be aware of that. Also, it says oceanfront but there is a busy street, the main one... the ocean is there, but its kinda dirty down on that part and not much beach area. The staff outside letting you in and out are very nice, polite and helpful. I felt safe inside the property as a solo woman traveler, but I wanted to be able to walk on the beach at night from my room. I just couldn't...

Overall, it was a very relaxed and pleasant stay, and we would happily come back."

"For the price this was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Staff was great. And the water for snorkel was so clear we could see almost all the way to the mainland underwater, well maybe not that clear but it was amazing. And lots of fish , all different shapes. A little farther out were schools of barracuda which look a little creepy the distance very cool. Restaurant was on par with the facility no frills but good food. Mosquitos were bad. And no sea weed on this side of the island. I think this will become the gem of the area because the sargassum can be choking on exposed beaches."
