"The reason we booked at this property is because we thought it had an amazing, large pool. The pictures were great and it advertised three pools, one being for adults only (that was also a bonus). Our first day was short due to the arrival time but the second day we looked and looked for the pool and had to ask for directions. Finally figured out it was CLOSED! Under construction! I was mad and disappointed. I looked back at my reservation and it said nothing about construction. I went to the desk but all they did was give me a piece of paper to fill out. There was no empathy or "is there anything I can do for you?" No manager reached out to me - nothing! Very disappointed."
