"The property owner was very unresponsive. It was missing a few important amenities, which we then purchased under our own cost. Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. "I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Barcelona Maya Palace All-Inclusive Resort in Mexico, and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The resort is beautifully designed, blending stunning architecture with lush tropical gardens, providing a serene atmosphere ideal for relaxation. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the variety of dining options available; each restaurant offered a unique culinary experience, catering to different tastes, and the food was consistently delicious and fresh. The pools were pristine, and the beach was just a short stroll away, making it easy to enjoy the sun and the sea. I particularly appreciated the range of activities available, from water sports to entertainment shows in the evening, ensuring there was always something to do. Overall, my stay was nothing short of fantastic. The Barcelona Maya Palace All-Inclusive Resort is a wonderful destination for anyone looking to unwind, enjoy great food, and create lasting memories. "As soon as you get to the property you will get a person talk to you about " the 90 minutes talk" if you say yes they will become your concierge. IF YOU SAY NO!!! YOU WILL BE ON YOUR OWN!!! we tried to get reservations for the restaurant only to be told that they had a problem with the system and cannot book anything!! Everything is blocked!!!! They will tell you to come back the next day.... the coconut that you see in the picture are not free. LAS CUEVAS restaurant is not open. Its a beautiful place for pictures."

"The resort was very well kept and the food was amazing, hands down one of the best food experiences my wife and I have ever had. The beach was rocky and had a good amount of seaweed, but it didn't smell and the water was beautiful. The resort basically sits directly in front of a reef and so make sure to bring some goggles or snorkeling gear so you don't have to rent it. Overall a great experience with the staff being very attentive and helpful throughout our 1 week stay. Oh and the shows were also amazing, the staff that they have performing put in work on the stage and all of the shows were a great time."
