"The property owner was very unresponsive. It was missing a few important amenities, which we then purchased under our own cost. Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. "Food delicious, pools clean, drinks all premium. The only thing I would not recommend is Teatro del Rio, not because of the show(which is phenomenal) but the food was horrible,, I think the should not be offering food if is not going be be at the high of rest of the restaurants."

"The property was small and felt like family. No fighting for a chair at the beach or the pool. Lots of games on the beach and at the pool to join or watch. Diego was an amazing activity director and remembered his guests and created relationships. Not as fancy as other resorts, but the welcoming atmosphere was so much better."

"We absolutely love this hidden gem in Cozumel! The rooms are always clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, the food and drinks are outstanding, and the private beach is the perfect place to relax. This trip, we enjoyed nearly every meal at the beachfront restaurant. Great food, an ocean breeze, stunning views, and the perfect island atmosphere made every meal memorable. We stayed on the all-inclusive plan, which made the experience even better. Taxis are readily available and inexpensive, making it easy to explore anywhere on the island while having a comfortable place to come back to. We can't wait for our next visit!"

"Our first all-inclusive and it was wonderful. Multiple restaurants and two food halls. Relaxing, part of a walkable neighborhood of shops and restaurants off sight and they had their own beach areas. Staff was so kind and rooms were clean, air conditioning worked great, nice sitting areas outside that were covered and not. Pools great-one with swim-up bar. You'll have to get used to the sereques running around. Our only complaint is we wish it was closer to the airport. Pay the extra $ to get a private car or Uber. Advise you do not take the shuttle that stops at multiple hotels-took us 2 hrs to get to our hotel because of all the traffic and stops - it wasn't the distance. We'd stay here again."
