"We loved this resort, we stayed in the Royal section and our room was great. The beach is just a short walk from the rooms, the pool overlooking the ocean was awesome. The Buffett food was about par for all-inclusive, the reservation restaurants have amazing food. Like always, find your favorite bartender, tip them immediately and they will take care of you. We are already planning our return trip. "

"Best property in Cozumel. It has a small private beach with the most clear water you can think of. The setup is fantastic. A family pool by the side which is relatively busy… but it also offers a ver quiet pool surrounded by gardens in the back. The beach resembles a very small bay 40m long that ends up at two different restaurants, one on each end. Pricing is fair and clear. A couple of gourmet restaurants which are not cheap, maybe 3 if the beach club is included, but given the setting, reasonable for the place. The restaurants were very good. The design which is probably 4-5 decades old is fantastic. Sort of modern but with incredibly designed wooden furniture. Hotel migjt be aging a little bit, so maintenance demands seem to be increasing. A nice update would be great - but keeping it classic. Just make sure everthing works smoothly, don’t alter the vibe. Internet was solid as well. All in. A great experience. "

"The ocean view was great from the 6th floor and the room was clean and stocked. Snorkeling right off the property is great and somewhat addicting. The staff is friendly and hard hard working: Alex at the snack bar kept us fed and hydrated and was very available and attentive. Vicky, also at the snack bar has a great personality and treated us well. Rosendo and dinner is very professional and provides top notch service. I can't say enough about the entire staff as they are all very helpful and friendly. Areas for improvement was the pool as it had debri and was not kept clean during the day. The barking pets was something I could do without. "

"This is an older hotel, but it had everything we needed. The included breakfast is amazing with lots of variety. The property is right on the beach with beautiful views. The toiletries smelled really good. The staff was very friendly. They also gave us a welcome drink upon arrival. You can book snorkel and dive trips on site. The only negatives were that the hotel is a little dated and the water pressure in the shower is low. If you stay here, note that the water in the shower takes a while to get hot. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again. The price is right for what you get. "
