"We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)"

Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks. "This property I give it 9 out of 10 only because they don’t tell you if you are flying in from Cancun international airport that it’s a task to get to this resort. This resort is 1 hour and 30 minutes from Cancun international airport.
You also have to take a ferry to the island and another taxi from the ferry.
Other than that it’s a very relaxing resort, it’s not a turn up resort and not many African Americans go here, so keep that in mind!
Elizabeth was the best staff so nice and sweet please give her a raise, she was a waitress. The food was good everything else was amazing.
I enjoyed my solo trip. Only issue was getting there. Once you know that then everything else was great. Also there’s not much entertainment. "

"The condo was a 10 out of 10! Very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Loved our view from the balcony. All we really needed to bring was a few cloths. We had 1 of the 2 pools to ourselves everyday we were there. The beach is beautiful a quite. Kudos to the guy's at the front gate on helping us find a great deal on a car rental. "
