"We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)"

"Excellent stay. Very comfortable room and shared spaces. We rented a scooter a few days directly from the property which was very convenient. Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks. Would definitely stay again when in the area. "

"Nos encanto la playa y las vistas del hotel. Almorzar cada manana con vista al mar fue muy padre.
Kristel y Yajaira del buffet fueron muy amables, siempre recbiendonos con una sonrisa y Kristel muy atenta se acordaba de nuestro apellido.
Gloria es muy atenta y hace muy ricos omelets y pancakes.
Tienen un excelente servicio al cliente, cuando les agradeces te contestan "es un placer". El Sr Irham muy atento, respetuoso y platicador nos ayudaba a tomar algunas actividades.
Wendy la chica de los drinks nos cayo super, es muy amable y trabajadora. Ademas Luz, de entretenimiento se ve que ama su trabajo y sabe tratar a las personas.
La habitacion super comoda, amplia y la cama muy confortable.
Sin duda regresariamos a este hotel.
El unico inconvenciente esta en el check in. Las personas que te atienden podrian ser mas amables y asignarte el cuarto a tiempo. Aunque llegamos temprano al hotel y fuimos varias veces a la recepcion se tardaron mucho en entregarnos el cuarto(y no eramos los unicos) .
Finalemente nos entregaron la habitacion despues de las 3:30 pm. Creo que podrian mejorar en eso.

"Would go back for the friendliness of the staff, and the gorgeous beach. Great options at all of the buffets. We enjoyed the oriental restaurant. Our dive shop picked us up at the dock every day. We loved the fast service at the bars and the lovely ladies serving drinks on the beach. Really the staff were so kind. The grounds are beautiful. Our 2nd floor room was small but what we needed. We would have appreciated the AC to be a little more predictable, and there was quite a strong musty smell. I imagine 1st floor would be better since the buildings are thatch roof. Another issue was a faint smell of sewage from the water. All in all, this resort made for a fantastic budget vacation. Lots of families at the resort. The kids water park area looked suited best for ages 5 and under. Lots of activities happening at front pool and beach for all ages. We didn’t venture out at night because we go to bed early but heard some music and entertainment as well just can’t comment on how that was. "

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The owners have thought of everything you may need while visiting. We really like the location and the ability to use the dock for scuba pickups. The unit lays out nicely for a family of 4 adults. The patio is amazing - great place to start your day and enjoy the views of the ocean. The community is quiet and safe. The pools are very nice and the grounds well-maintained. We enjoy it very much and will stay here when we visit Cozumel again!"
"The condo was a 10 out of 10! Very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Loved our view from the balcony. All we really needed to bring was a few cloths. We had 1 of the 2 pools to ourselves everyday we were there. The beach is beautiful a quite. Kudos to the guy's at the front gate on helping us find a great deal on a car rental. "
"Loved it here! Great spot for the family to enjoy Cozumel! We had a 1.5 year old who running around so we had to move some of the beautiful glass and statues out of reach and watch the balcony ledge as she was too keen to want to climb on it. Just something to be aware of. The condo was great, ac worked amazing, appliances were clean and working. I’d recommend the host switch the coffee maker to one that automatically turns itself off after two hours for safety reasons. Beds were comfy and bathrooms all worked. This property is away from noise of the city but close enough to catch a great dinner. We’ve stayed at RR before for scuba diving but this was the first time we brought all the kids. Five children n three adults were comfy and had plenty of space. Will be back!"
