"Most of the front desk staff were unable to assist me with even the most basic requests, which made the entire stay far more frustrating than it should have been. Simple questions either took forever to get answered or were ignored altogether, and there was zero coordination between team members. It honestly felt like no one knew what was going on and I was left to deal with everything myself. Check-in set the tone immediately. I presented my driver’s license as proof of ID, which is standard anywhere, and it was denied without any clear explanation. That shouldn’t even be an issue, yet it turned into one and created unnecessary frustration right from the start. I made a birthday request at check-in since the celebration was the very next day. I was told it would take 24 hours, which was already pushing it, but it ended up taking 72 hours, making it completely useless. The next day, I had to leave the hotel myself to buy birthday items because it was obvious the staff wasn’t going to follow through. The room conditions were unacceptable. The shower head was broken, the bathroom fan didn’t work, the mini fridge was leaking water, and the TV was never connected to WiFi. These are basic things that should have been checked before I even walked in. The food was average and I even got sick once, which says enough. The only people who actually did their job well were the servers and bartenders. Pool activities and beach kayaks were great, but overall the experience was a mess"

"everything was excellent but supposedly I had my room upgrade, but we got a two double bed that were uneven, so we had to cuddle on one full size bed, instead of a king size bed that we were supposed to get, very uncomfortable.my wife doesn't like to complain so I let it go, other than that, everything else was great. besides my wife eating something bad and got food poison and stayed in the room for last two days and not eat anything for 3 days, I don't eat meat, so we didn't eat the same kind of food that's why I didn't get sick."

"It is an all-inclusive property. But anything not included is much more expensive than in US. I had a food poison after eating the sushi in the buffet. When I called the front desk for help I was told the on site doctor would charge 150 dollars per visit and 30 more if you want the doctor come to see you in your room. All the food and drinks I took was inside the property and I have to pay myself for their negligence on the food safety. On the hand this property is kids friendly. They have separate play area for kids in the lobby and buffet restaurant. The kids club also have daily activities prepared for little ones."

"I stayed for five days with my husband. The hotel has a wonderful view of its beautiful beach and access to all places is very easy. This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel and I would do it again because it's nice hotel"

"We had an excellent time staying at the moon palace. The staff is the friendliest that I have encountered in a long time. The property is very large. We had a room that required a golf cart to get around, but it was beautiful seeing all areas of the property. They have a wonderful golf course, three different hotels. If we were to go back, I would stay at the Grad hotel, which is the newer property. The staff was kind enough to grant us a two day guest pass to that location and it was extremely nice. This property is also extremely friendly for families. Since it was just my wife and I, we would likely come back with family and friends that have kids.If we book again to this location, we will stay at the grand. The only part that is a little bummer is that there is so much sea weed up and down the coast. This hotel does its best to keep the beaches clean, but there is a lot of sea weed in the water. My understanding is that this is seasonal, and there are certain areas up and down the coastline that have very heavy amounts of it, and some areas are more clean of it. Overall, very nice hotel, great amenities, and excellent friendly staff!"
