"We had a wonderful stay at Moon Palace Cancun. The resort was beautiful, the food was great, and there were so many activities for kids—my children had an amazing time, and we truly enjoyed our vacation. However, there was one issue that affected our experience. We traveled as two families and requested rooms close to each other, but we were placed far apart. Unfortunately, when we spoke with the staff, the situation was not resolved, which was disappointing. Overall, it is a fantastic resort for families, and we had a great time, but I hope they improve how they handle room placement for guests traveling together."

"The entire place is very clean. From the rooms to the restaurants, bars and shared restrooms were all super clean. Beach view from our balcony (16th floor) and from poolside was awesome. The staff are all welcoming, friendly and make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. My wife and I stayed there for a week for our honeymoon and their services was exceptional. Special thank you to our bartenders De Dios and Jonathan along with one of our servers Edgar Abigail for going above and beyond to make my wife and I feel and share the special moments at Secrets."

"Nice hotel property in Cancun with a wonderful staff. The hotel itself is old and showing a lot of signs of age. Amenities are crowded and even though the hotel claims to have a no reserving chairs policy, you will find people up at 5am placing towels on seats that dont show back to the seats until after lunch. If you want to enjoy the amenities you really have to be up at at some seats by 8am. Food options were great, very much a cruise ship on land with very cruise ship-esque meals. Enjoyed our few days here!"

"The rooms were nice. The only thing I have to complain about is that a hat was stolen from inside my room by staff I’m guessing and it was never returned or refunded. Which is very upsetting because the amenities were nice. For my first time being in Cancun I would give it a 3 out of 5 stars, staff was some what rude if though I spoke the same language as them fluently, other than that. Descent location. Descent food. Beds were also descent. "
