"I ABSOLUTELY love this resort. I’ve visited here 3 times and would definitely go back again. The Hyatt out did themselves with this one. Everything from swimming with dolphins, jet skies and parasailing all in one spot. The food amazing as well about 7 restaurant options and they have outside grilling daily while swimming. Best resort I’ve ever stood at and I travel a lot. "

"If you’re looking for a resort that provides excellent service, excellent food, and excellent rooms then this is the one. This resort has many dining options of all types. It also has 3 beach areas that are essentially attached to the resorts and multiple pools. I’ve been to Cancun many times but this is by far my favorite one. Anna and David were amazing!!"

"Nice hotel. Restaurant and bars, 2 big swimming pools, stores to shop at, swim up bar. Very close to beach and nice view. It’s a little far from downtown area. Bout 12 min driving. "

"It's very nice that all balconies get great view of lagoon and ocean on the other side. Two restaurants are good dinner locations, with great service and a lot of menu options. The only thing we did not like was the bathroom door. It was very hard to open/close."
