"Although the location is close to the beach and other attractions, I would not recommend staying here due to major management issues. At 3 PM, I had difficulty finding my assigned room because there was no visible room number on or near the door that matched my key. I reported this to management, but the issue was dismissed and not taken seriously. At 4 AM the following morning, after returning from the club, I again couldn’t locate my room due to the same lack of proper numbering. Even worse, my key opened someone else’s door, which understandably upset the occupants. This is a serious safety concern and completely unacceptable. A security guard ultimately helped me find my room, despite there still being no visible room number. Management was made aware of these issues, yet no action was taken to correct them. This reflects a clear lack of accountability and attention to guest safety."
