The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a ton of cool amenities. The hotel app is amazing too - you can do everything through it, like book a massage, make restaurant reservations, and even get a ride. It’s all very well-organized.

The sight leads you to believe there is stuff from the kids to do at the resort, but other than a SMALL kids zone there isn't anything for the teenagers to do. Food was decent. The staff is amazing!

First time in cancun stayed at the grand oasis had a blast pretty landscapes, nice pool areas ,nice adult pools too, had a few diffrent areas to eat had some great tasting steak , drink beer while i was there wiah it had another type of beer to drink instead of XX all the time but it was good . It was clean nice staff and pool the food not so good specially the breakfast and also didn’t like that they don’t specify when you make your reservation about the limited access to the restaurants is all inclusive only in the name but when you get there the history is different.
