Very accessible to the bus, which is very cost convenient. I cannot express how amazing the food is in here. The performances were amazing too. There is beach access the the customer service is amazing. Such a pleasant experience! I have stayed at tgis hotel at least 4 times within the las year. I look forward to being back. We have been returning twice a year since 2005 (our honeymoon). The resort feels very authentic Mexican rather than the modern marble and glass of the newer resorts. The number one thing that stands out is SERVICE.

Fiesta Americana was a beautiful resort with the kindest staff! Great buffet, amazing other dining options on the property, and filtered water stations throughout the resort which was really convenient. I would 10/10 recommend and I will be coming back next time I’m in Cancun!
