Front desk staff was super nice and accommodating. The room is small and basic but it’s clean and comfortable with a good view. Safe and nice neighborhood with many shops and services nearby (including a Walmart Express downstairs and a major shopping mall less than a 10 minute walk). This hotel worked perfectly for a travel day where paying for a beachside hotel doesn’t make sense, financially. Would stay again.

The staff there are super friendly. They kept our luggage’s in their room because our flight got delayed and called us taxis since we didn’t want to get scammed. It’s right next to a mall and starbucks/restaurants. And even better, a Walmart! I believe this hotel is affordable and convenient for anyone.

It’s centrically located in centro Cancun. There’s a Walmart next door which’s very convenient. Rooms are clean and recently renovated. There’s no fridge in the room and for me was a little inconvenient since I had no way to store my insulin injections. There’s no iron in the room either. Other than that the staff was very professional and attentive.

Stayed there for a quick business visit. Clean room, great staff, and the amenities included everything I needed for a short stay. There's a Walmart and coffee shop right next to the hotel which adds even more convenience and a huge mall a couple of blocks away. The area is safe and quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
