The room we had was big with kitchen, living room with 50" tv and king size bed with 50" tv. Air conditioner. The restaurant food was great and the room service was great! The staff at the check in could be little more professional. I drop off my laundry (front desk) Wednesday afternoon didn't get it back until Thursday night at 10pm. They didn't tell me why it took so long. I think they forgot about the laundry and one of the staff saw it the next day on the floor and sent it out to get it...

This modern hotel is situated less than 10 minutes drive from Bajío airport and about 20 minutes from Guanajuato historic center. The hotel looks like brand new, rooms and amenities are excellent, very nice pool too. Breakfast and evening snacks were good and included with our hotel stay. Hotel can request a very good transportation to Guanajuato historic center or Guanajuato central bus station for about $20 dollars. The hotel was amazing. Landscaping immaculate.. we arrived from the states very late at night and they had a taxi waiting for us. I highly recommend Pepe as a server for your visit in the restaurant. He was wonderful. He even helped me book my next stay with the hotel. Taking the time to show me the rooms so that I could pick the best one. A positive point is pepe is bilingual and very knowledgeable about the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

A brand-new stylish hotel. Beautiful design, great service and nice grounds. Also conveniently located near the Guanajuato airport, yet tucked away. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport.

Excellent location near the airport, factories (business trip) and several very good food options in the complex.

I don't speak Spanish, but the staff were friendly and worked to understand me and to aid me in my needs. Also, the breakfast was delicious, hot, and filling. I would hands down recommend One to any of my friends asking aboit where to stay.

No shuttle service on Saturday, I didn't know until I call the hotel to arrange pick up. I took a $240 pesos taxi.

Very clean place with friendly staff

Would definitely stay again! The only issue we had was we were asked to leave the pool area for bringing outside food. Only in house food is allowed, I just wish we were told ahead of time. Other than that service and the hotel were excellent. They even have infant cribs!
