"The hotel still very new and convenient with walking distance to One Utama. Hospitality wise is perfect as they provide shuttle to BU transportation hub as my mom are not able to walk long distance."

"This is a fantastic hotel, the staff were amazing and very responsive to all our requests. RJs rooftop bar is outstanding with awesome views of the city and Naim one of the bar tenders was outstanding and added to the relaxed and enjoyable environment. Breakfast with Mr Kenneth in charge made for a great start to the day with a huge variety of food and prompt service. We were on the 26th floor again with a great city views and spacious room. The convenience of the Paradigm mall next to the hotel was a pleasant surprise with a good range of shopping and food outlets. We throughly enjoy our 8 days and cannot speak more highly of the hotel, staff and great service."

"Room was clean with most of the amenities typical of a one bedroom place. However, it did not have a closet or a cupboard to store my clothes. "

"The room is poorly maintained, wallpaper was pencil drawn by some kids, some papers on the back of the bedside tables, toilet was extremely dirty, with mold on the shower floor and shower glass door. My wife vomit when she first entered the room, the smell was too bad, it feels like it has been not cleaned for a long duration of time. The shower tower is smelly too. Not free bottle drink water, they just offer filtered tap water from toilet basin… i do not risk my life with unmanaged or under-maintained water filter, so i didnt drink that filtered water, i bought myself mineral waters from marts nearby. Choose other hotel, there are pretty of options nearby."
