This is a beautiful hotel over all. The property is fantastic. The service is terrific. The breakfast was amazing. The beds however are horrific. It’s like laying on a blanket covered slab of concrete. Hotels are in the business of sleep and should make comfort a number one priority. It’s like dipping a white table cloth in mud. The beds need to be replaced with something of real quality, like Hästens Beds, to match the beauty of the Hotel.

Everyone at the front desk was friendly, capable, and extremely professional. The breakfast was good and the service in the restaurant was also very good. Our room was very nice and sitting in our Jacuzzi late at night and/or in the morning was REALLY nice. On our last day, we did hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door, but the maid decided to open the door anyway while we were inside. This could have been an awkward situation, but luckily everyone in the room had clothes on. Honestly...

We stayed twice in this property during our trip to Malta. We checked in at night because our flight landed after midnight. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. They gave us a beautiful room with modern bathroom and sauna. Pity the sofa was not made into a sofa bed and all three of us had to sleep on the bed (by the way, the bed and pillows and linen are amazing). Breakfast was good, with wide choice of menu items, however I didn't like the taste of eggs.

Exceeded our expectations. Beautiful property. Amazing staff. Incredible amenities. Central to amazing locations. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful decor. We rented car (also they drive opposite side of the road in Malta) but this helped get around quicker. Will definitely come back on Holiday.

9-night stay in February. It's a well-run hotel with good service in a happening area. About 50 restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Very comfortable bed in a soundproofed room which kept out the late-night feral cat noise overture serenading the neighborhood. A bonus was an alcove for a window affording a half-view of Spinola Bay for no extra charge. One of our most comfortable stays anywhere. The rooms were spotless, modern, quiet and bed comfortable. Location was perfect, close to waterfront, ferry port , shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the breakfast and the pools, outdoor and indoor. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly, professional and helpful and made us feel welcome in Malta.

Staff was welcoming and suggested where to go during check in. Felt safe walking to the hotel in the evening. Stunning view also! I would stay here again .

Very nice hotel. Great location in central Valletta. Most of the staff is excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. Good amenities. Couldn't check in when we got there, so we left our bags and toured the city. When we returned, the room was ready and the bags had already been brought up.

BOOK IT!! Perfect location. Couldn't be happier. Modern, nice amenities, professional and super nice staff. Prosecco and cold washcloth on arrival. 24hr desk, pool, spa, restaurant. Not too big/impersonal and not too small. Beautiful renovation. Given age of the building there may be a layout quirk or two. There is a water station on every floor so you can refill bottles. Great hotel in a central location, very clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good with good choice. Only negative during the week long stay - Saturday night was very busy/ noisy in the surrounding area around St.Julian’s but rest of week was much quieter. Good location with great selection of restaurants.
