"It was a lovely property to stay at. The lady at front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and had all the necessary amenities/toiletries. The view from my room was gorgeous as it looked out into Old Town. The one factor I didn't really like was that the cleaning team starts very early in the day (around maybe 8am) and the noise would echo through the hall to my room. I wanted to catch up on some sleep but wasn't able to due to the noise. The hotel location was very convenient. I would still want to come back to stay at this hotel the next time i visit Lucerne."

"Very small room, but had everything we needed for 2 nights. Location is fantastic. Easy walk from train station and in the middle of the old town. Walk outside to a beautiful square. Food shops only 80m away. Rooms were service every day by a very professional and trustworthy woman which we didn't expect, but appreciated. Loved the bed and pillows "

The staff were all friendly and helpful especially Ekaterina who helped us to get our lost luggage from the airline. She was very communicative throughout the process. The room itself had a balcony with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains"
