"Een heerlijk verblijf in het huis van Patrick en Yvonne. Ze hebben ons goed verwelkomd en wisten ons nuttige tips te geven. De keuken is wat verouderd maar geeft zeker geen beperkingen. Het huis is koel, eventueel kan de airco ook aan. Dat was niet altijd nodig ofschoon we er midden in de hete weken waren. De badkamer is zeer comfortabel, een heerlijke doche! "Le gîte est suffisamment grand pour une famille de quatre personnes. Belle piscine très bien entretenue et très agréable. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine et de la table de ping-pong. Le village de Sauve est à deux kilomètres seulement, accessible à pied ou à vélo par un chemin. Pas mal d’activités sportives (canyoning, canoë, spéléo, randonnée...) et de visites possibles dans les environs, mais on peut aussi faire le choix de profiter du calme et de la piscine pour se reposer....

"We were very well received by Cecile and Frederic. We had three generations of our family for a vacation. Most have never been in France before. The cottage is a beautiful, peaceful place with lots of room for the family. The pool area is separate and private. Our table tennis competition was fierce. We can’t say enough about how wonderful this property- and the owners - are. Highly recommended!"

"We spent 3 weeks at Alice's place, and there is nothing to say other than "thank you". It is a wonderful, comfortable, peaceful place. All you need for a relaxing holiday is there, in a lovely atmosphere. If we may suggest, test the fresh baguettes from Sommieres City Center Boulanger. Every day a wood fired oven produce the most tasty bread you may imagine. all the best Alice"

"The cabin is situated in the grounds of the manor house that once belonged to the author Laurence Durell. The hostess is amazing and cannot do enough to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Walk out of the secure grounds and you are in the old town of Sommieres, with its numerous restaurants and bars . This place could not score higher if you want a base to explore the area."
