"We picked this listing because of the location, amenities and size since we had a group of about 20 people, mom’s and 10-12 yr old boys. It was great for our large group. The grass was long and itchy so a mowed path down to the pond would have been nice. Overall, the house just needs some sprucing up - it seems worn and in need of some TLC. More bath towels are definitely needed, and some additional, softer pillows would be a nice to have as the ones available were all very hard. We definitely...
