It’s the nicest Hotel and facilities , fancy amenities trough all the property upscale restaurants, bars , ice cream parlor, gift shops, Coffee shops ,the largest meeting and conference center ever been before!

For the price I just wasn’t impressed. Rooms are extremely small, ac was not working good, decor so out of date. Trash cans in room are tiny, employees either are rude, look unhappy or give you wrong information. If you’re an adult without kids idk why you would come here. I will say the food at the Italian restaurant was great.

Cannot rave more about my experience here. After having to cancel a vacation and spend a night in Dallas, I booked as here for many of the amenities. Desk staff was friendly, polite when checking in and requesting a late check out. The staff and food at river walk cantina were great. I ended up having two separate treatments at Relache spa song both were amazing.
