As a senior couple, we appreciated that our room was quiet, off the street, and we were able to walk across the street to Ikeda's organic farmer's market with excellent healthy take out to eat in our room. Staff was friendly and we were able to hop on nearby freeways or head to historic buildings. We are booking again.

Terrible experience, had Bed Bugs, can’t believe Health Department, allows them to operate. Switched rooms, one of the main door locks, was not functioning, lights were out, refrigerator did not work, desk but no chair.

Avoid at all costs. The door was left open after house keeping cleaned it. Someone was in it smoking and covered the smoke detector. The door had a 1.5” gap that stayed open. We left and went to best western next door.

The parking lot is poorly lit, making it feel unsafe at night. The room had a safe, fridge, and microwave, which were appreciated. The room was not adequately clean, and there were holes in one of the sheets. The room showed a lot of damage. The free breakfast was nice.

In all fairness, I just needed to have a place to shower and sleep before a long drive home. It did the trick. As a single traveler, I didnt need to concern myself with the welfare of fellow travelers. Otherwise, I would have sprung for something with a nicer overall comfort level. Carpet had a foul odor, like it had been shampooed, but not good enough. Clean, otherwise. Check-in was lengthy but there was a sign stating the attendant would be right back. It was at least 20 minutes before someone arrived to greet me, apologetically. Though it is alongside Interstate 80, my room was surprisingly quiet. Bed was clean and comfortable. Internet was ok. No frills. Met expectations for the price. A few maintenance matters, but nothing extreme.

Okay, not great.

The room seemed clean, though worn. Stains on sheets and what looked like a blood stain (old) on the lamp shade. Horrible potholes in the parking lot. Several people hanging around outside seemed a little sketchy. Property only gave us one key card for 2 guests saying they didnt have enough cards for 2. Overall okay but definitely not great.
