"Even though he would a cottage was a little older and outdated it was very comfortable and we were so relaxed. This is just what we needed a weekend to get away something quite close to good diners and breakfast spots. Very close to Kings Beach. It was an amazing place. Can’t wait to go back and take my grandkids. The kitchens are great. Plus the barbecue area outside was amazing. We use those to barbecue Saturday dinner. everyone there was very nice."

"Good value for the area considering it’s clean and staff were friendly. Interior feels a bit dated but if you’re ok with a bit of 80’s vibe you won’t be disappointed. My wife and I have stayed here a few times and we’ll continue to do so when in the area."

"Nice lakefront property on the last few yards of the California side of Lake Tahoe. Heated pool and awesome staff. Can walk to eat, and they have a price that is hard to beat. Will be staying here if we pass by again."

"Lots of great memories staying there 20 years ago with the kids, and evo has done a fantastic job renewing the old Americas Best Value Inn Lake Tahoe-Tahoe City; (2 visits in 2 weeks; had to return it was SO nice.) Very nice, updated rooms, super comfy beds, relaxing room patios with exceptional views, very friendly staff, awesome sauna, pet-friendly for those with furry friends, inviting communal areas, great food at Sierra Surf Club (formerly Blue Agave,) and close to everything! AND, they're just getting started fully developing the property! Looking forward to our next stay!!!"
