Incredible accommodating from a learning standpoint even after the owner had a flat tire on the way just help us out with simple replenishment of amenities. Guaranteed since we attend the convention center yearly would prefer staying here again."

"These people is out to rip people off. They are illegally renting their junk bost in a marina that doesn't allow them to rent for vacations. Nothing was ready for my me and my family. I had to fill up the water on the boat myself, toilet didn't work. There facility toilet is about a quarter miles away. They only gave us one key so if one person leaves no one else can get out. Save your money and run . False advertisements it does not sleeps 8 people barley hodls 5. The toilet stopped flushing...

"We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of space for two adults and hosting guests. The view and privacy were great and we had a whole new experience of Ventura. Hosts were on top of communications and responsive throughout. Access to the dingy was perfect for exploring the harbor and going over to the shops to eat. Ultimately, we enjoyed how peaceful the whole experience turned out. It’s a gem. "
