"They have done a great job remodeling and updating the hotel. The staff are wonderful. They could use a small café versus just the very expensive restaurant. My only complaint is the bed, bedding and pillows. The bed is extremely firm and sleeps hot like a very low quality memory foam. The linens are scratchy. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. It fits the theme of Knotts Berry Farm well. It would be great to have a mini fridge and microwave as well as a coffee maker. A few improvements and this would be a great hotel."
