"This hotel had some great extras and some room for improvement. Pros: The king bed in the castle tower bunk room was really comfortable. The staff was friendly and really helpful. The shuttle was awesome and the drivers were amazing (especially when I needed a scooter transfer the second day). The deli food was good and the selections were plenty for grab and go items. The Japanese restaurant staff were wonderful and the food was perfect. Cons: There were not enough outlets by the bed, and one side was so loose, my plugs wouldn't stay in. The bunk beds were really hard. The shower had tons of hair looped around the drain, and the vent fan was really dirty. We would still stay there again for the staff and the shuttle. "

"This is our third stay at Best Western Plus Stovall’s Inn and we’ll be back. We’ve stayed at several hotels in the area when we want to treat ourselves to an overnight after a long day at the parks. Stovall’s never disappoints. It’s such a clean, well-kept property. The complimentary breakfast has a great selection, even for us vegans (potatoes, bagels, peanut butter, jelly, instant oatmeal). The rooms are always clean and well-appointed. And it’s only a convenient 10 minute walk to the Downtown Disney gate. Highly recommend!"

"I have been staying at this hotel everytime we visit LA for the past 10 years, now it may not be the “top of the line”, it is still a safe and clean hotel, the rooms are clean, there is a fridge in most rooms, the beds are clean and comfortable, the showers are clean and if you need something you just ask and they try their best to accommodate you, the parking lot has always been safe for me, and it is only about 10 mins from Disneyland and 5 min from knotts berry farm, now it isn’t a 4 star hotel, but the staff and pricing is just as equal to one, so come and give it a try! You won’t be disappointed, and Lydia at the front desk, especially goes above and beyond! Thank you!"
