"This is our favorite hotel! The staff is absolutely fantastic, they are responsive and always helpful. My daughter has trouble walking and they go above and beyond to help us. The coffee is hot, fresh and delicious. The pool is relaxing. Can’t wait for next year. Best place stay!"

"Nice place amenities were great , continental breakfast was awesome. Could have used more towels in the room, housekeeping never checked on us and we were there three days, front desk was lacking in personality and not very welcoming, but the room was ok."

"The VIV property has excellent amenities such as 2 pools, 2 restaurants, a rooftop bar, and a coffee and gift shop. You get all this without paying Disney resort prices, yet it’s a 7 minute drive from the park. The hotel has a boutique hotel feel without the boutique hotel price"

"Was in room 7-113 it was a great hotel and everyone was super helpful from the minute we got there. Room was clean and well done, the only complaint with the room was that we couldn’t hear the rolling of the elevators all night, but it wasn’t outrageously loud or anything. And the only other drawback is the cost of parking for people staying at the hotel is quite high. Other then that, it’s a great place to stay"
