"Staff has no customer service, especially the night manager. The pictures look nothing like the inside of the hotel. It looks like the walls have water damage all throughout the hallways, wall paper is coming off. The cleanliness is not there, stuff stuck and smeared all over the walls. The maids always took the towels but never replenished them. Only one elevator that is loud and noisy that you can hear in your room if you’re close to it. Wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t care about cleanliness. Only thing is it’s in good location to disneyland"

"I always enjoy my stay here. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. There was one lady who’s been there forever and she always seems to hate her job and guests but I only deal with her on occasion. Sink was slightly clogged but I managed. I’m literally only in my room to sleep and get ready. "

"The sliding door to the bathroom was difficult to close. Kids could not do it on there own and felt unsafe having it completely closed. The light switches in the bathroom were not intuitive on what they turn on, but that is a small thing. Pillows were thin, and I felt hardened as the night went on. We could here a baby crying in the next room, and kids fighting in the early morning. Walking into the bathroom the first time it was a odor like stinky pipes. Didn't smell it again until we came back from Disneyland and the odor was there. The beds was okay, typical for a hotel room.We liked the close location to Disneyland. The staff was friendly when checking in. "
