"I never got the chance to experience staying at your hotel. Enroute, I was in a major car accident that resulted in being taken by ambulance to a local hospital ER and I had to remain in that area for several days to recuperate. No, I never stepped foot in your hotel, but I respond with 'terrible' because although I reached out by phone from my ER bed, to let those on site at your hotel know that I was severely injured and unable to be there. I requested a refund. It was swiftly denied. I then reached out again and was told it was under review. I emailed photos of my totaled vehicle and pictures of my injuries. I was again denied a refund. This experience and lack of compassion and empathy cause me to share that I will never ever again choose to stay at any Quality Inn, anywhere. Not only am I shocked at this resonse, but I'm massively disappointed."

"Dirty carpet, hard bed, toilet stuck out in front of the sink about a third of the way. Worst bathroom design I've ever seen. Should be embarrassed to rent a room like that. Room 327 Should at least give a big discount "

"The staff didn't spell out all the charges for the "amenities", even if you didn't use any of them, you still have to pay over $35 plus taxes a night for them above your room cost. It was fine for one time, but I probably won't stay again. The history of the hotel is wonderful. "

"This hotel was freshly updated and very clean —honestly probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast service was great and I really appreciated that they had indoor and outdoor patio seating so my two young kids could walk around and play in the courtyard as we ate. I would definitely book here again! "
