"First, I must say that staff, especially Christina & Sierra are THE BEST! The Housekeepers are HONEST! I left my AirPods and when I called about them, they immediately went to find them. They went above and beyond and mailed them back to me! There was good parking, the room was clean, staff is friendly, and the breakfast was good! I have ZERO complaints. I will definitely book again. Excellent customer service is hard to find, but thankfully, this hotel has it!"

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ontario Airport

"The hallway carpets were extremely dirty and made me nervous about the room. My room however was clean. Looks recently re-furnished but not remodeled. Staff was responsive and helpful when I needed a late check in and a new remote. Good breakfast choices and plenty of space to eat in the dining area or outdoor patio. I would certainly stay again."

"Overall, our stay was okay for the price. The room was a little run down, but it was clean enough for a short stay. They offer free breakfast. Parking was easy to find, and the location was a big plus with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The biggest downside was the customer service. When we asked for extra bedding and blankets, the staff member seemed defensive and simply said, “We’re fully booked, we don’t have any more, I don’t know what to tell you...” While I understand supplies may have been limited, a more courteous response would have been appreciated. He did at least provide us with extra towels, which we appreciated. If you’re looking for an affordable hotel in a convenient location, it gets the job done, but don’t expect a particularly updated property or exceptional service."
