"3day stay. Our bathroom didn’t have any hot water after the first night. AC unit was loud. Elevators are small, barely fit 3 people and their luggage. Staff was friendly, lobby clean. For the amount of money they charge people they can at least have a decent pillow, hot water and give their rooms some TLC. "

"Pros: Parking was simple, though the key card reader is too far from the road so you have to exit your car Location was great, lots of nearby food options and just a short walk to our destination Vending machine is actually very reasonably priced Bed was comfortable Fridge with separate freezer was nice Staff was friendly and seemed helpful enough when checking in and out. "The staff is outstanding and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay. I would have rated it excellent if there was access to the lake and a tad less noisy. It was off season so I couldn’t get on the water via the hotel as it’s a private lake - who knew that was a thing?! Also, the walls are paper thin and I had noisy neighbors. I could hear every detail of the conversation in their room. I also never received the promised email receipt upon check out. "
