The stay was great! I always left before house keeping started and returned a little before the went home but never had a problem getting clean towels.. very accommodating. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The front desk representative when we checked in on September 3 was wonderful. He worked with me on upgrading the room and was very understanding when I explained my situation. Thank you Motel 6! A wonderful experience for those in need of a room for short or long period stays- I’ll definitely be recommending this location to others.

It’s about what you would expect from a motel 6. Rooms are clean though, and the AC works great. It can get a bit loud, but overall it’s a good stay for the price. I would and probably will stay there again

A pretty decent Motel 6. AC and WiFi worked well, plenty of parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A few sketchy people hanging around and occasionally a cop would cruise slow through the parking lot. Good price and close to the airport.

The location is close to Ontario Convention Center. I would say the room smelled awful; I had to purchase candles to get rid of the smell. The pillowcases were stained. The hallway to the room smelled like urine. The small desk in the room was damaged, I will put by laptop and the desk will move side. However, the staff in the front office was very nice and the process was easy and quick.

Honestly the outside of this place is not so clean ,room smelled like moisture and there was people walking and making noises all night People that look like homeless in the parking lot kind of scary I had reserved for 3 day end up just staying one night but people at front desk was very polite and canceled my reservation when i explain my concerns, THANK YOU!!

Absolutely loved how the studios were set up. Having 2 rooms was great! Super close to everything and really clean. Our flight got in super late and the host was very accommodating with not canceling our room after midnight.

I booked for 2 nights because the photos on Expedia made it seem like a decent place. While checking in, the front staff was not the most welcoming and they wouldn't charge the credit card that I needed to use, claiming it was "not backed by a real bank and had issues with people canceling payments.." so I had to use a different card which was very inconvenient. While my daughter was waiting in the lobby/couch area, she said there was dried poop on the couch. The room they put us in was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like an ashtray and very heavily of dog. The air did not cool the second part of the suite, which was the room that smelled the worst. The next morning we were jolted awake before 7am by a garbage truck that sounded like it was driving into the building, then shortly after again by a mother threatening to beat her child. We could hear everything because we had to leave the windows open the entire time because the smell was so bad. We were originally going to just change rooms for our second night, but by morning we had had enough and decided to leave. Luckily the front staff was helpful enough and we were able to get a refund for the second day. The area does not feel safe, there are people coming and going and hanging out in the parking lot at all hours, people screaming and fighting in their rooms. This was probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had.
