The hotel is basic but very clean, bathroom was nice and modern. Staff were super helpful and made up our rooms daily if required. The breakfast was great. Parking super easy. Can’t fault them on anything, we found it great value for money!

Very helpful staff. Rooms are nice, entire property is recently renovated. Location is nice. The only negative was the breakfast buffet is disappointing for the price they charge. But there are a few cafes quite close by

Staff were excellent at check in, managed to nab an upgrade which is a lovely surprise! Only downfall was the food, it was a little bit of a let down at breakfast. Half of it wasn’t stocked up and the coffee wasn’t filtered enough. Otherwise overall stay was great!

Check in was not the normal easy experience as we have had before, it seemed as though they were going thru some teething problems. Chicken sandwich for dinner was over cooked, and the cheese they used (chedder?) not very nice. Bed was on it's last legs, will stay again as we like the hotel, it's location and great buffet breakfast.

Room is not big, but nice. Rose garden across the road, nice to stroll and walked to the bay area. It is about 20 minutes away from Auckland Domain and 30 minutes away from Sky tower. Free parking is a good bonus around the bay area.
