The unit was very spacious, clean and reasonably priced. The bathroom had a large shower and looked like it was recently refurbished. The office receptionist was friendly and helpful. Plenty of space for parking.

Our unit was clean with a comfortable bed and extra pillows provided on request. Good cooling fan in the room as the weather was hot. Room and bathroom facilities very dated. The motel was quiet with no traffic noise. It was easy to get around the city from this location.

Comfortable Stay for the (Low) Price

This is a wonderful find near the heart of Auckland for an American traveler while visiting family here in NZ. The room was spacious and had everything I needed-- a small, well equipped kitchen, stove, oven and a fridge, a table with chairs, a newly remodeled bathroom and shower with soft towels, hot water with great pressure and a small handheld blow dryer. The bed and pillows were clean and comfy. The room could have slept 3 adults. I felt safe-- be aware there are hotel rooms as well as more permanent housing for tenants at the same property. But it was a quiet neighborhood setting. There were two sitting chairs outside of the room overlooking the pool.

Our studio room was small but adequate and clean. I’ll book a bigger room next time😁. The bed was good and the shower was lovely. They are renovating rooms at present and I hope they repaint the pool. It will look more inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I had an uncomfortable experience during my stay. There were large cockroaches appearing at night, which made the room feel unhygienic and difficult to relax in. Additionally, the sliding door was extremely hard to open and close, making it inconvenient and frustrating to use. Overall, the room maintenance needs significant improvement. I hope the management can address these issues so future guests can have a better experience.

I had a good experience in this hotel, very friendly staff. We really enjoyed the kitchen as we prepared our breakfast, it has everything you’d need to fix any meal. We also like the swimming pool and the closeness to public transportation and the mall. The only downside was the “broken” signal to wifi, but no big deal for us as we had data on our cellphone. We definitely would come back again!

I felt the property was very tired and could do with some major capital being spent on it. The bed was ok and things were functional but generally it needs investment and a lot of updating. The lady on reception was very welcoming and pleasant.
