Small room but excellent location. Staff was good although they lost our request for a shuttle. No matter though as local super shuttle service was cheaper anyway. Very loud people next door until 1am who ignored requests to quiet down. Lots of street noise until midnight or so. Avoid the 1st floor if you can manage stairs. Overall, location and price help make up for the rest.

I stayed in a studio queen room and it was tidy and clean room and the aircon worked which was great with the heat we are having! Nothing special but good value for money for one night stay in the Auckland CBD. Pillows and bed were comfortable. The TV on the wall was slightly hidden by the placement of the small wardrobe.
